what email software to use?
Day 5 of 30 — Public Thoughts
I like to make things overcomplicated :)
(Refer to yesterday’s post.)
But my goal this time around is simplicity.
So, instead of spending a bunch of time figuring out all the nitty gritty of setting up the content on here, we’re going to just keep making steps forward.
Today…
What email provider will I plugin?
ActiveCampaign?
MailChimp?
ConvertKit?
Wait wait wait
The only one of these four I haven’t used…
But hear me out…
- When I think simple… I don’t think ActiveCampaign.
- Next, I want the ability to grow a newsletter in the future through network recommendations or paid placements… knocking off MailChimp.
- Finally… looking for something COST EFFECTIVE… so not ConvertKit.
So even though I don’t have personal use experience with Beehiiv...
With the features they have, the other newsletters I’ve seen grow on with the platform, and all at the right price point…
Why not?
I’ll give it a try for now…
Switch later if needed…
But at least, I won’t spend too much time worrying about this if this isn’t an immediate priority!
